Here are a few other sources of information regarding diagnosing and responding to a child with difficulty in learning.

Dr. Mel Levine also has a lot to offer. His book, The Myth of Laziness, was eye-opening.

This website offers information and free tests on learning styles and Gardnerís theory of Multiple Intelligences. Very useful in determining a studentís God-given gifts, and how to maximize them.
